We do not sell any personal information. Portions of your personal information may be provided, in strict confidence, to firms that prepare and mail client account statements or other documents on our behalf. We require that these service providers protect your information and only use it for limited purposes.
We may also share your information with other Northest & Ethical Investments L.P., your advisor, your employer, other financial institutions, and government organizations. Where information is shared outside Northwest & Ethical Investments L.P., we do so on a strictly limited basis in order to complete transactions on your behalf, to provide you with services, or to meet legal obligations such as tax reporting. We might be required to disclose personal information to regulators, including the MFDA, for regulatory purposes. A regulator may, in turn, disclose your personal information to other regulatory or government organizations.
